Eike Maria previously worked for the Estonian government, connecting export savvy Estonian IT companies with potential business partners from all over the world. She compiled online business programmes, organised site visits and other matchmaking events. She also has years of experience in B2C and B2B sales.
Furthermore, her services include validation, consultation, matchmaking and organising site visits or online business programmes. Her mission is to help Estonian IT companies grow their businesses beyond Estonian borders.Eike Maria is currently doing her Masters in Tallinn University of Technology where she studies Public Administration and Innovation. Annika has been living and working in Germany since 2007. During her studies, she specialized in intercultural communication.. With her main network in Frankfurt, it is much easier to open doors on the spot. In recent years, she has helped organize digital journey trips to Tallinn for local governments in Hesse.
From April 2021 onwards, she will be working and building up her new network in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Annika’s goal is to introduce and market Estonian IT Solutions in German-speaking countries, which is facilitated by her cultural and educational background.

Her strengths lay in strong communication with partners and precise focus on setting plans and negotiating goals and budgets within the circle of key players of the industry and with the public sector stakeholders.
Riina’s former employers include the Ministry of Finance of Estonia, Port of Tallinn and Eversheds Sutherland Law Firm. She is active as a R&D projects’ manager at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) Estonian Maritime Academy.

Swen Bartholomé worked for more than ten years as buyer in the FMCG goods in Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands. Within the next ten years he became the „human interface“ between buying departments and all departments linked to buying processes. From implementing of MS Dynamics or SAP from scratch till evaluating new warehouses and logistics-service provider, he combined the needs and wishes of the different parties to a working solution.
Swen’s hands-on mentality is also the driver for his own Call Center Business and his commissions as consultancy for midsize companies.
